Users can email the support team at anytime to receive advice and answers to questions

Suggest a Feature

At anytime, users can use our Suggest a Feature Forum, which was designed to provide our users with greater insight into the SpaBooker product roadmap and to allow them to share ideas, comment on features that are in planning, and vote on their own and other users' suggestions. Each user gets 10 votes, which will be returned once their ideas have been completed. Additionally, they can change their votes at anytime, and receive emails to inform them of any development activity on their suggestions.

Training Videos

Using the online support section, users can access a library of training videos that cover all major components of SpaBooker. The training videos are organized to cover two general areas: system settings and the everyday operations of the system also referred to as the back end and front end of SpaBooker. The videos demonstrate key functions of the system and provide step by step instructions.

Online Training Manuals

Similar to the training videos, online training manuals are available for both the back and front end of the system in the support section. The manuals can be used as references as well training resources for new staff members. The training videos and manual can be used hand in hand to provide users with a complete overview of the system.
