We launched SpaBooker upon the completion of an extreme renovation, the release of our entirely revised treatment menu, and completion of a brand new website. Our goal was to bring the best to our clients; the best in salon and spa design, the best in quality spa treatments, and the best in client communication. SpaBooker has brought our client communication to life. It gave us avenues of communicating with our clients that were once exhausting and realistically unattainable. Online booking access and automated emails gave us the ability to communicate with a growing client list, accurately and timely. We are proud to say we were the first spa in the region to bring our clients online booking, which has transformed our website into a dynamic virtual reception desk, open 24/7! Email confirmations, reminders, and follow up's seal the deal for our clients in ensuring accuracy and seamless customer service.
Ultimately, my favorite thing about SpaBooker is that it is not just an appointment book or cash register for us, but an evolving part of our infrastructure. As a General Manager, SpaBooker has become my personal assistant in accounting, marketing, operations and human resources. Stretching beyond my expectations, SpaBooker has become a SOURCE of revenue as opposed to just a tool to calculate it. Previous software packages that we used were stagnant, and updated once a year if we were lucky. SpaBooker is constantly changing and evolving to our needs and clients desires.
