Manager, Partner Training
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled trainer with proven experience designing, teaching and implementing comprehensive end-user education programs for SaaS applications. This person will own all end-user training standards and documentation, and will be the tasked with optimizing our partner’s post-contract path to being ‘LIVE’ on SpaBooker. You will lead and manage the training team and ensure that SpaBooker continues to have the best training team in the business. For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to set the standard for training in the industry.
Technical Support Coordinator
The Technical Support Coordinator will be expected to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues, and to interface with SpaBooker’s Product Development and Operations teams to provide solutions to customers. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial attitude.

United Kingdom Regional Sales Executive
The primary role of the Regional Sales Executive will be to develop and close sales leads for SpaBooker with spas and salons in an assigned territory. Located in the UK office outside London, this position will work directly with the Vice President of Sales to meet and exceed sales targets in geographically defined areas, while also working with the implementation and account management teams to ensure a positive overall experience for the client. This candidate must “present professionally” when participating at regional or national sales events. The ideal candidate will be focused & independent, but fit well & enjoy being part of a growing team.
