When should I sign up?

Do I need a computer on site?
Yes, you need a computer (desktop or laptop) with internet access at your place of business. SpaBooker also works great with an iPad.

What exactly am I getting for $25/month?
You are getting a complete software to run your business. Appointment Book (Calendar), Client Relationship Management (CRM), Product Inventory, Reports and Online Booking. And it's online so you can access this anywhere. All for just $25/month. Oh, and we also offer merchant processing.

I don’t have a website. Can I still have online booking?
Yes. If you have a website, you can integrate the online booking, but if not your online booking can be accessed as a standalone system. Just point your customers to your dedicated URL and go

How much extra is integrated credit card processing?
There is no extra fee to activate integrated credit card processing. It’s included in the SpaBooker Lite package! Normal credit card per transaction fees still apply, but SpaBooker does not charge any additional fees for activating this functionality.

How long is the SpaBooker Lite contract?
As long as you want it to be. You can stop using your SpaBooker Lite account at any time. SpaBooker will charge you for thirty (30) days after you notify us of your cancellation, during that time you have full access to your account and all of the information within.

How will I learn how to use SpaBooker - Are there training videos?

POS equipment can be purchased directly from SpaBooker. A Credit Card Swipe for $53.95 is the most important. Receipt printers, bar code scanners, cash drawers and other equipment can also be purchased.
